We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags must be included

• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for return

We offer free exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

If you choose a refund:

• A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 AUD will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage costs

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
